Postmark has resolved this issue. All emails that were delayed should be sent out.

We are aware of an issue affecting inbound emails from Elixir being delayed.
Our investigation has identified that this is related to a current service disruption with Postmark. Here is the Postmark status page https://status.postmarkapp.com/
As a result, emails sent into Elixir will be delayed in being delivered.
We are monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as they become available.
